ORLANDO (Feb. 12, 2020) – Hospitality industry veteran Jackie Diaz has been named the new travel industry sales manager of the AAA Four Diamond Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, the hotel announced today.

Jackie brings more than 20 years of leisure sales expertise including positions as Director of Wholesale for the Westgate Resort Collection and most recently as Leisure Sales Director of Discover Puerto Rico, where she was responsible for promoting and positioning Puerto Rico as a premier leisure destination within the travel industry market segment.

Jackie will be leading the travel industry sales market segment for the AAA Four Diamond Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, the crown jewel of Rosen Hotels & Resorts’ eight Central Florida properties.
