EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

The International Flower & Garden Festival is one of four annual festivals held at EPCOT throughout the year. In 2026, you can attend the festival every day from March 4 through June 1.
This particular celebration brings the theme park to life with breathtaking themed garden displays featuring topiaries of beloved animated Disney characters and nearly 30 million flowers.
As you wander throughout EPCOT, you might spot living sculptures of familiar faces such as Anna and Elsa, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh and friends, Belle and the Beast, and many more.
There are also educational gardens that teach visitors about topics like the importance of honeybees, prehistoric dinosaur-era plants, and special plants and flowers that attract songbirds.
Scattered around EPCOT are a series of festival-exclusive outdoor kitchens serving innovative small bites made with fresh, colorful ingredients and international flavors.
The International Flower & Garden Festival concert series, Garden Rocks, hosts a full schedule of live performances from internationally recognized artists and local bands. While this year’s lineup has yet to be announced, guests jammed to the tunes of musicians like Rick Springfield, Sugar Ray, Simple Plan, 98 Degrees, Plain White T’s, and many more last year.
Of course, these spring festivities are bonuses to EPCOT’s permanent attractions, rides, shows, and World Showcase countries.
SeaWorld Orlando Seven Seas Food Festival

The Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando draws foodies, music lovers, and theme park enthusiasts to Orlando from around the world every spring. Typically held from late January to early May, it’s an exciting way to experience the wonders of SeaWorld.
The Seven Seas Food Festival introduces 25 marketplaces to the theme park, serving up classic and innovative dishes and drinks from around the world.
Guests can experience flavors from regions like Italy, the Mediterranean, Brazil, India, Germany, and Mexico.
Access to the festival is included in the cost of admission, and food and beverages are available for purchase. Sampling lanyards are available, offering 10 or 15 samples for a set discounted price.
The Seven Seas Food Festival Concert Series hosts artists at Bayside Stadium throughout the season. In 2025, headliners included Sara Evans, Shaggy, Jordin Sparks, ZZ Top, and Soulja Boy, to name a few.
Throughout the festival, the cultural adventures continue with additional themed events in honor of holidays like St. Patrick’s Day and Mardi Gras.
While you’re in the theme park for the festival, make time for the heart-pounding thrills of SeaWorld Orlando’s thrilling roller coasters, wonderful animal exhibits, and other attractions.
It’s also important to note that, while included with your admission ticket, the Seven Seas Food Festival only operates Thursdays through Sundays from noon until the park closes.
Universal Studios Florida’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval

Universal Orlando Resort joins the springtime fun with their own annual spring festival and theirs is draped in beads and Cajun vibes.
From Feb. 7, 2026, through Apr. 4, 2026, guests of Universal Studios Florida will be able to revel in the rich and vibrant culture of New Orleans with Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval.
Marvel at magnificent floats gliding past during the Mardi Gras Parade, where shimmering beads catch the light as they fly through the air.
For an additional cost, you can book the Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience, which includes a delicious meal and the chance to ride on one of the floats and toss beads to the crowd.
Throughout Universal Studios Florida’s Mardi Gras event, you’ll find costumed street performers, lively New Orleans bands, and a lineup of delicious and authentic Cajun cuisine.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a spring theme park festival without some fabulous concerts. Every weekend, you’ll find exciting musicians performing at Music Plaza Stage, lighting up the night with great music.
While the 2026 concert lineup hasn’t been released yet, last year’s headliners included T-Pain, Joe Jonas, Foster the People, Lawrence, and TLC.
