The Hertaberkschwein Farms Pork Marsala is a beautiful showcase of local ethically raised pork served with fresh pappardelle pasta, local mushrooms, and garden peppers.
The dish is dressed in a Madeira sage jus for a rich and herbaceous finish that will leave you wanting more.
If you’re craving classic Italian comfort food, treat yourself to the House Lasagna.
This hearty dish is layered with Wagyu beef bolognese, gooey mozzerella, silky ricotta, and unctuous bechamel sauce.

The Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake is rich with espresso flavor and layered with Mr. Black Liqueur soaked ladyfingers as an homage to traditional tiramisu.
