    Soups, Salads, and Starters

    Thanksgiving is all about comfort food, and for many people, there’s nothing quite as comforting as a steaming, saucy pasta dish. Our Make-Your-Own Pasta station will be serving specialty noodles like butternut squash ravioli, tortellini, and rigatoni along with toppings like pancetta, mushrooms, Italian sausage, and more. Top it off with your choice of sauce like creamy alfredo, basil pesto, or a rich and hearty short rib Bolognese.

    Fun International Flavors

    Think outside the box this year when it comes to your holiday feast. At Rosen Shingle Creek, our Thanksgiving buffet features flavors from around the world.

    Our in-house sushi restaurant, Banrai Sushi, will be serving a curated selection of their menu items. Help yourself to a variety of classic and specialty sushi rolls, as well as colorful sashimi and nigiri.

    There will also be an assortment of Dim Sum, including plump steamed dumplings with a sweet and tangy ponzu dipping sauce, Yakisoba noodle stir fry, and classic fried rice.

    If Spanish flavors are your preference, be sure to try our Paella Valencia, made with succulent shrimp, mussels, clams, spicy andouille sausage, herb marinated chicken, and fragrant saffron rice.

    Our Breakfast station will be serving made-to-order omelets with an array of vegetables, cheeses, and breakfast meats for your perfectly customized combo. There will also be stacks of fluffy pancakes, tasty eggs benedict, and plenty of smoked bacon and sausage.

    At our carving station, you’ll find a traditional roasted Joyce Farms Free Range Turkey, tender and juicy. There will also be a succulent prime rib with an herb crust made from herbs grown in our onsite garden, Emma’s Creekside Farm.

    The entrees don’t stop there. Help yourself to seafood like grilled swordfish with a perfectly seasoned eggplant caponata, or Miso Glazed salmon with delicious forbidden rice.

    Reimagine your traditional Thanksgiving main course with melt-in-your-mouth slow cooked beef short ribs, served over a creamy mascarpone polenta. Chicken francese is served with sauteed spinach and a white wine and caper beurre blanc for the perfect fall poultry dish.

    Served alongside our entrees will be a variety of traditional Thanksgiving sides like Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, stuffing made with tangy sourdough bread and savory sage, and sweet potato puree topped with a fluffy meringue and crunchy candied pecans.
