Dawn Hatch - Director of Reservations

As Director of Reservations, Dawn is responsible for overseeing the leisure and individual reservations systems for Rosen Shingle Creek.


Dawn has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. Before joining the Rosen Shingle Creek team, she was Director of Reservations for four years at the Caribe Royale Orlando. Dawn has also served as Reservations/Revenue Manager and Front Office Manager at the Adam’s Mark Hotel at the Florida Mall.


Before moving to Florida, Dawn held a number of positions in the hospitality industry in St. Louis, including the Revenue Manager and Hotel Assistant Manager at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in St. Louis and Assistant General Manager and Front Office Manager at the Drury Inn Union Stations.
