You must do the following to claim our Best Internet Rate Guarantee:

• Contact Rosen Hotels & Resorts within 24 hours of booking your room by completing the required information in the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form. Upon its verification of your claim, Rosen Hotels & Resorts will not only honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, but offer an additional 10% off that lower rate.
• Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
• It has been less than 24 hours since booking your original reservation on the Rosen Hotels & Resort website and it was not booked within 48 hours of arrival.

Here is how our Best Internet Rate Guarantee works:

• Let's assume that you book on www.rosenhotels.com a two night stay at a Rosen Hotels & Resorts property at $199 per room per night.
• Within 24 hours , you find a rate for the same Rosen Hotels & Resorts property of $189 per room per night through another website for the same dates, same room type, and rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions.
• Complete the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form to claim the Best Internet Rate Guarantee.
• If we verify that indeed your booking with us is confirmed and a lower rate is available and bookable via another website, Rosen Hotels & Resorts will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount for every night for which the lower rate was found.
• Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
• Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate found must still be available at the time we validate the claim
• Rosen Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Note: This Guarantee does not apply to:

• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized.
• Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities.
• Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by a Rosen Hotels & Resorts property and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
• Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates.
• Rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar by some 3rd party sites
